Why Choose Elite Boot Camp?
Players will be exposed to innovative skill-enhancing drills which are directly relevant to game situations. EBC applies cutting edge performance training techniques with fundamental skill development. You will:
- Improve your first step
- Understand how to create separation from your defender
- Understand the importance of balance and body positioning
- Learn the offensive footwork used by professional NBA & WNBA players

Understand how HOH is helping all players, boys and girls, excel to their highest potential!
FOCUS ON FUNDAMENTALS
1The key to being a successful basketball player is having a solid fundamental package and the proper mental approach to the game. As in any sport fundamental skills do not change, they are a constant. We want every player that train’s at HOH to have the complete fundamental package. We know that by having the “COMPLETE PACKAGE” it will help players to be successful in every phase of the game, players cannot have a weakness!! Weakness equals self-doubt.
REPETITION EQUALS RESULTS
2Our motto is the more you practice the better you will become! We teach the game through fundamental skill drills and we build competitive habits through our innovative teaching methods. Because we limit the number of players in the gym through proper repetition, we will see the changes slowly start to flow into a player’s game. At this point we start talking about how confidence breeds success. When our players feel good about themselves, the sky becomes the limit.
LEARN FROM THE BEST
3As players who have played and excelled at many different levels of basketball we know the work and determination that it takes to become a complete player. We pride ourselves on getting the best out of any player that we work with, no matter what their skill level is. Skill development has become a lost art, in the age of “High Exposure” camps and travel teams. While these are both important for the development of players, skill development, above everything else is most important in becoming a “Complete Player.”
BE A BETTER BALLER THROUGH BETTER COACHING
